By using Xpressed you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language because they should be.

What the service does

Xpressed lets you publish private updates to a list of people who have opted in by email. You write, we deliver.

Acceptable use

• Only send updates to people who have explicitly opted in.
• No spam, harassment, illegal content, or anything that puts subscribers at risk.
• Don't attempt to break, reverse engineer, or overload the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules, and we'll tell you why.

Your content

You own everything you write and upload. You grant us only the permissions we need to store and deliver it to your subscribers.

Billing

The service is $12 per month after a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time from your settings and keep access through the end of the billing period. We don't issue partial-month refunds.

No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided "as is". We work hard on uptime and deliverability but can't guarantee perfection. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we'll notify you by email before it takes effect.
